Highlights Of 2017

2017 has been a great year. It hasn’t been an easy year and I’m sure this is the same for many of you. However, I thought I would share with you my highlights and what I have achieved this year.

Moving Home

Me and my boyfriend wanted to move out of central London to the South West London side. We had been talking about it for a while and this year we finally moved! I am so happy with the new place. Whilst the moving process was stressful, I am so much more comfortable with our new location and it means we can go on more walks, have a car and make a homely stamp on the unfurnished place we are renting.

Launching My Blog With A Professional Design

I said for quite a while how much I wanted to change my blogging website and whilst it seemed like nothing was happening, behind the scenes I was doing some designing of my logo and tinkering with the new blogging template I bought from Pipdig. My boyfriend also helped me with the technical side and so I owe him so much for that. I am so pleased with the final result and I hope you are enjoying it too!

Being A Hair Model For Toni & Guy

I never thought I would be a hair model when I moved to London but when I was asked to be one at the Toni & Guy Academy I couldn’t say no. You can see the blog post I wrote about it here. It was such a fun day and one I will remember.

Teaching Violin And Blogging

Whilst some days I find the unsecure nature of teaching and blogging stressful, I am lucky that I can enjoy doing things I love to do and this year has been great for that. I also had success with pupils I had entered for violin exams.

Discovering Healthier Food

This year has been great for eating in lots of cool healthy restaurants such as Farmacy and I have really embraced trying to cut down on refined sugar. Whilst I am not healthy all the time I like to make better choices when I can. When nutritious food tastes so delicious, it is no hassle to either!
