July 2018 Favourites

July was full of sunshine and hot weather in the UK! I’ve been enjoying going for more walks and getting out and about more. I really loved going to a Free From Show in London, where I picked up lots of healthier treats. Some of the things I picked up are in this favourites blog! The items I also chose for this blog include some skincare products and plenty of other yummy foodie items!

FOOD…

Coyo and Nush Dairy Free Yogurts

I’ve tried Coyo and Nush yogurts before but when I went to the Free From Show at Olympia London, I was able to sample different flavours to that I could get hold of easily. I picked up a selection to take home and it was such a good decision! The Coyo Salted Caramel and the Nush Banoffee were my favourite flavours. I highly recommend for a slightly healthier yogurt alternative!

Unearthed Olives With Pesto

Unearthed is one of my favourite brands for tapas. We were having a tapas lunch with antipasti and so we thought we would try these olives with pesto. They were so delicious and really good quality! I love the fact the olives are pitted too.

Nakd Posh Bites

If you haven’t tried Nakd as a brand you need to! I bought these ‘Posh Bites’ as an after dinner treat. They are made from natural ingredients such as dates and although they still contain natural sugar they are much healthier for you than a chocolate bar. I just love the texture and flavour. A big hit with me!

Candy Kittens Eton Mess

This is the unhealthy favourite but these sweets are just too tasty not to mention. I’m not normally a sweetie person but these are great for long car journeys and the bag is resealable which is great for travel. You need to try these if you haven’t already! They are also vegetarian so no nasty gelatine.

Lidl Fruit And Nut Bars

fruit and nut bars can be quite pricey but I was really pleased when I discovered these yummy bars from Lidl. They have similar sugar levels to other brands too and are perfect for a filling snack when out and about.

BEAUTY…

This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray

Sleeping is so important to me as without it my anxiety is ten times worse. This relaxing lavender pillow spray is divine to smell and just relaxes me before bed.

Neal’s Yard Organic Defence Hand Spray

London can be a grotty place at times and antibacterial sprays are good for this. However, this natural (free from alcohol) spray sounded lovely and less harsh to my skin. I love the fact it is made from great ingredients such as pure essential oils and witch hazel. It also smells dreamy. A lovely product!

Origins Ginzing Eye Cream

I’ve been enjoying this eye cream lately. It is made from natural ingredients and no nasty chemicals. It also feels really refreshing in the mornings. The colour is so pearl like too, so it feels really superior.

Lola’s Apothecary Sweet Lullaby Perfume Oil Deluxe Roll-on

I talked about this product I was sent in my Lola’s Apothecary blog post. I had a few stressful days in central London and I knew it was going to be hard. However, I rolled on this lovely scent onto my wrists and neck and this was like my calming security blanket! I loved how comforting it was when I needed it. Scents just help me when I am feeling stressed and I couldn’t recommend this product more.

Have you used any of these products before? What are your favourite things this month?
