Beauty Picks To Try

I love trialling new products and I regularly go through my beauty and look for products to try. This month I have picked up some items and found some real gems. I think it is so important to take check of what you have at home and not overbuy when it comes to beauty. Often travel sized items can get forgotten about and frankly I don’t travel enough to warrant saving them all up…I mean this must be most people, right? If you are like me then shopping your own beauty not only saves money but is an extremely fun activity! See what I’ve picked out this month below…

Prai Ageless Throat & Décolletage Crème

Throat creams are becoming a trend and this cute little pot is so luxurious. The texture of the cream is quite putty like, but it does turn silky when applied. This is lovely if you are getting into anti-ageing like me. I’m not sure if I would repurchase on the basis of adding even more steps into my beauty routine…maybe when I am slightly older, but I might be convinced after further use of the product…we’ll see. Have you used this one?

Beautaniq Beauty Fill + Tame Brow Gel

My sister gave me a few mini items including this brow gel. I’m so excited to try this as I always love trying out new brow products. This brow gel adds volume as it fills in your brows without looking thick and pencilled in. This one contains Aloe Vera which is so great for keeping your brows in healthy condition and aiding hair growth. I may be converted to a new favourite brow gel after this!

Balance Me Instant Lift Primer

I don’t really bother with primer to be honest but I have so many miniatures of them that this is something I might as well try out. I guess I just forget to use one and don’t want to clog my skin up too much with product. This one sounds lovely as it is 99% natural and so it seems very appealing. Balance Me are a lovely brand and I can’t wait to try this.

Espa Inner Calm Puriffying Shampoo and Conditioner

When I want to have a pamper night I am going to use these luxury products to wash my hair with. Espa products smell amazing and I can’t wait to try these nourishing products on my hair.

Bare Minerals BarePro Foundation

I’ve heard so many great things about this foundation. I’m at a point where I’m trying to use up old foundations and then I might look for something new to try. This sample may be the wrong colour match for me, but I can at least test the consistency so see what I think. The formula is breathable but full coverage and it is made using mineral ingredients, so it does not clog up your pores.

Ren Atlantic Kelp And Magnesium Body Wash

I got this body wash as part of a free gift I received with purchase and this is such a lovely product to have in the shower. I’ve already tested it since taking these blog photos and it is lovely and soothing on the skin. Their new packaging of this is also in a 100% recycled bottle, with 20% reclaimed ocean plastic, so if you are purchasing this then it sounds great for the environment.

What’s In It For Me Shower Scrub

Shower scrubs are always a step I forget so I’m so excited to try out this mini. I’m so excited to smell the walnut, almond, orange and jasmine notes to this while buffing away any dry skin!

ModelCo Baked Blush

This baked powder is absolutely stunning. It works as a blusher with an added highlight. I’m so excited to try this as the colour is so dreamy.
