I thought I would write a few tips about healthy food and where to start with it all if you are feeling a little overwhelmed. My Morning Routine

I love knowing other people’s morning routines and so I thought I would write one myself. This routine is a weekday one but it is generally the same at the weekends but just a bit slower paced.
