January is the start of a New Year and what better way to begin than trying out some new beauty products? I don’t know about you but I always forget what beauty samples and minis I have darted around and I love to pick out some items to trial most months. It is also a great way of discovering new favourites and saving a bit of money. January can be a month to save the pennies so why not see what beauties you have in your beauty stash? Here’s what I chose this month…
This anti-wrinkle face cream sounds amazing. I need to start early with smile lines! I think I tried to try this out before but ended up with too many face creams at the time, so here I am again and I am determined to use this beauty! It is suitable for all skin types apparently which is good news!
I LOVE Palmer’s as a brand and I love their use of natural ingredients. I am in constant need of hand cream and this is far cheaper than many in the shops. I thought I would give this a go during January.
I have just run out of primer and so this has come at a good time. I have heard good things about this and I hope my skin likes it! It is also suitable for all skin types.
Whilst I received this in my 2016 beauty advent calendar, I have not used this. As this is such a cult product I find this upsetting and so I am making it a mission to try it out now. I cannot wait! It is an overnight serum that is clear. It contains glycolic acid which helps to reduce dullness in the skin by rejuvenating it. The benefits include reduction in wrinkles, smaller pores and fewer fine lines.
I would quite like to try a new bronzer and so when I found this sample amongst my makeup I thought it was the perfect opportunity. Guerlain makeup is very luxurious and I am looking forward to seeing what this is like.
This multipurpose balm contains natural ingredients. It can be used to soothe skin and lips whether it be from sun burn or cracked skin during the cold winter. I am excited by this one!
Rituals is one of my favourite brands and I have a few samples of face cream from them with SPF in. They are perfect for travel and so I think I will try these out when visiting places this month. I still use sun cream in the winter as I think it is important to protect your skin all times of year. You can still get skin damage in the winter!
My hair is in constant need of feeling less dry and so I thought why not use this hair mask from L’Occitane to give it a little treat? I love L’Occitane and there are some great reviews of this product online. I just can’t wait to try it!
Have you tried any of these products?
