Bounty style porridge

This is such a simple recipe but I thought it was too good to share! Enjoy……


Recipe (serves 2)



  • Heat the coconut water and oats in a LARGE bowl (massive style) for 5 minutes, stir, then heat for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve in bowls with cacao nibs scattered on top and some fresh blueberries.


So so tasty and very healthy. I love cacao nibs and they should be enjoyed in lots of delicious circumstances. You can buy them online or Hotel Chocolat sell them. I love Bounty bars so this is where my inspiration came from!
