Sketch London is one of those restaurants in London that is so magical and fairy tale like. The whole experience is more than just a meal. It is more about where art meets dining. The stunning rose gold and pink decorations of The Gallery room are dreamy and the artwork on the walls makes this place stand out from the rest.
Making myself at home in the pink palace of perfection, me and my boyfriend had a fabulous dinner in which was a Christmas present from me to him. The pastel pink seating and cosy rose gold lanterns made us feel super elegant and relaxed. The interior was just furnishing dreams…
On to the food…
We ordered a few main dishes, a side of sweetcorn gratin and two delicious desserts to share. We love trying different food when we are out, and sharing is the best way to experience that. My favourite main was the Strozzapreti pasta as it was just so luxurious with the lemon butter. It tasted so rich and comforting and yet the apple cut through the creaminess beautifully. Oh, and the sweetcorn gratin was just…. heavenly! Think ultra-comforting and huggable food! My favourite dessert was the panna cotta surprisingly as I don’t normally enjoy creamy desserts. This panna cotta felt more citrus orientated which was perfectly refreshing. I even liked the Turkish Delight which I am not normally a fan of! We also had a couple of cocktails which were equally as mouth watering as the food…
