I really love plant-based food. It just makes me feel so much better and more energised. When I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables I just don’t feel as good mentally or physically. I’ve always wondered what it is like to eat vegan for a whole week and me and my boyfriend decided to try it out. I still think for me personally I wouldn’t want to be 100% plant-based but I just prefer eating more plant-based when I can. I’m going to write another blog post soon about what I learnt from vegan week but for now you can see the types of foods I ate. I hope you enjoy this blog post!
