What I Ate For Vegan Week

I really love plant-based food. It just makes me feel so much better and more energised. When I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables I just don’t feel as good mentally or physically. I’ve always wondered what it is like to eat vegan for a whole week and me and my boyfriend decided to try it out. I still think for me personally I wouldn’t want to be 100% plant-based but I just prefer eating more plant-based when I can. I’m going to write another blog post soon about what I learnt from vegan week but for now you can see the types of foods I ate. I hope you enjoy this blog post!

Yummi, this is making my mouth water! It all looks and sounds amazing. I’ve been a vegetarian for a half year now, and it’s truly one of the best decisions a made in 2018. Being vegetarian/vegan is very misunderstood in my perspective, because a lot of people don’t get why and presume that all we eat is letters. Anyway, what a lovely post and actually I might try to go vegan for a week as well. Have a wonderful week Sophie <3 xx

Thank you so much! It was definitely an adventurous eating week but I really enjoyed making things I wouldn’t normally cook! I would definitely recommend eating vegan for a week! I personally wouldn’t want to be 100% vegan all the time but eating more plant-based food makes me feel so good! I hope you have a lovely week too!

I’m not currently vegan but I do tend to eat a lot of plant-based meals, especially this year because I’ve been trying to incorporate more veg into every day and all my meals. Loved seeing what you had though because it gave me great ideas for my meal planning that I’m doing at the moment 🙂

Thank you! So glad you liked the meal ideas! I really enjoyed eating vegan for a week and definitely want to incorporate more plant-based eating into my diet. I’m not vegan either but I think just eating more fruit and veg is a great thing (and I mostly prefer that type of food)! 🙌
