Quick Breakfast… Bircher Muesli Bowl

I discovered this Deliciously Ella Bircher Muesli last summer and as the temperatures have been so hot this year, I decided to repurchase it again this year! Bircher muesli can be made the night before but this instant mix is just so great for those rushed mornings! I’ve worked out my ideal quantities of muesli, milk and yogurt to mix together for my ideal portion size and consistency. You can use any type of milk or yogurt, including plant-based if you fancy. I hope this blog post inspires you to try this delicious and easy breakfast! It is so good for a wholesome and stress-free way to start your day! My favourite bit is adding lots of yummy toppings!


  • Mix together the bircher muesli, yogurt and milk and leave for a few minutes while preparing the toppings.
  • Serve into bowls and top with your choice of favourite things!
