Blogmas 22… Skincare Routine

Winter makes our skin dry and so in order to combat dull skin, I like to take extra care with my skincare. To be honest, skincare is important for me all times of year. I also wear SPF all year round as it is so important to protect our skin from dangerous sun rays and ageing. Here are the products I have been using in my skincare lately. I hope you find this interesting and let me know if you use any of these items too!

Pixi Rose Tonic

After cleansing my face in the evening, I like to use a little of this on my face. I literally apply it with my hands and only a small amount. It really helps to brighten my skin and give it that glowy look.

Clinique Moisture Surge Serum

I love the moisture surge range by Clinique, and this is so perfect at adding that extra hydration. I use this morning and night, before my moisturiser.

Beauty Pie Eye Cream

This thick eye cream is great for adding even more comfort to my skin during winter. My under-eye area gets quite dry and this is a wonderful product to use. I apply this after my serum with my ring finger, underneath and above my eye.

Estée Lauder Revitalizing Supreme+ Global Anti-Ageing Cell Power Creme

This sample of face cream has been so amazing at giving my skin the freshness it needs during winter. This is the last step in my skincare routine, both morning and night.

A Note from me…

This year for Blogmas, my motivation is to raise awareness of the incredible charity MIND.

This marvellous charity does so much to support people suffering from mental health. With ongoing pressures from social media and a million other stresses these days, it is more important than ever to look after our health. As an anxiety sufferer myself, charities like these make such a difference to supporting people that need a voice to listen to and supply tools to help them through difficult circumstances. You can take a look at their website to see the amazing things they do and to take a look at the resources available online to help those needing extra help this Christmas. The winter season can be very difficult with people suffering from anxiety and depression. I would absolutely love it if you could donate something (however small) to this charity as a thank you to me for posting Christmas blogs this Blogmas. I really hope we can raise money and awareness for this stunning cause.
