Overnight oats is my new obsession for a quick start to the day. I prepare them the evening or afternoon before, and then leave them overnight to soak up all the yummy goodness. These chocolate overnight oats are a treat; however, this breakfast also contains lots of great nutrients to keep you full throughout the morning and topping up your omega 3 levels too! The chocolate chips add a luxury to this, and you could leave these out if you prefer. Alternatively, if you wanted to make this sweeter, you could add a splash of maple syrup, but I don’t think it needs it!
- Put all the ingredients except the blueberries in an airtight container. Leave overnight to soak.
- In the morning, divide the mixture into 2 bowls and top with the blueberries.
