You can create so many different varieties of overnight oats so raid the cupboards and vary the recipe if you like. You can also very the type of milk you use from dairy to nut, oat and other yummy alternatives.
- Put all the ingredients in an airtight container and mix well. The acai powder might need a little encouragement, but it will mix in no time.
- Put the lid on the container and fridge overnight.
- Serve into 2 bowls and top with your favourite toppings. I love fresh berries, curd, or flakes of coconut chips on top. Dried fruit and nuts are also great toppings!
