I have been really enjoying making milkshakes recently. It is such a refreshing treat in the summer. This recipe has so few ingredients. I literally just saw what was in the cupboard and thought peanut butter would make a super yummy flavour. The sweetness already comes from the banana so there is no need to add extra sugar. This is still pretty healthy and yet it feels like such an indulgence. I love to use peanut butter with no added sugar, so it is literally just peanuts and a little salt. There is also no need for ice cream that you would often add to a milkshake. The frozen banana does the job and creates the icy coolness and thick consistency.

- Put all the ingredients in a blender. Make sure the bananas are peeled and frozen in chunks beforehand. You can just break the roughly and freeze them in a tub prior to making.
- Blend all the ingredients until well mixed.
- Poor into 2 glasses and enjoy!
