Dinner Party Pavlova

I love having people round for a dinner party. I enjoy preparing the meal and getting excited about cooking food I wouldn’t usually make all the time. It is a chance to be a little more adventurous and creative.

I had some egg whites left that I froze after some baking (yes you can freeze them!) and so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to use them up and make a posh dessert. So I defrosted them and look what happened…..

Eat Smart – Chocolate and Banana Chia Pudding

I had some chia seeds in the cupboard and I love chocolate so I thought I would create a healthy dessert for me and my boyfriend to enjoy. It was a huge success and now we have something to munch on that is a bit healthier than our ice cream puddings! This chocolate treat is so easy and quick to make and I made it ahead of time so I just had to whip it out and do a Blue Peter “here’s what I made earlier”!

September Favourites

September has been really great in terms of discovering new things. Autumn is now in full wing and the transition from summer was quite exciting. Although I loved summer, the heat in London was getting a bit too much for me and combining that with scorching tubes was just exhausting. I am so excited for snuggly evenings in, watching films and chilling out with my scented candles!
