Winter Candles

I love cosy evenings snuggling up in front of the TV or with a book…. hot chocolate in hand of course…. A winter candle is also so indulgent and the scent of gingerbread and Christmas spices can be heaven after a hectic day. I have chosen 4 dreamy candles to share with you today, all at affordable prices. I would love to buy a super high-end candle but my budget cannot justify that, so I found some really great mid-range ones to satisfy my pamper craving! I’m really pleased with them and they give off gentle but satisfying aromas which are perfect for Christmas!

So basically, this post is all about pinks, copper, marble and rose gold! Dreams! Oliver Bonas have some great gifts at the moment and it’s no surprise that most of my suggestions come from there! So lets get started….

Festive Bakes

Welcome back to my Blogmas! I hope you are enjoying the Christmas content. I’m starting to feel really festive now, especially after all the Christmas baking I’ve been up to! I wanted to incorporate some Christmas treats into my blogs and you can’t get more indulgent than Terry’s Chocolate Brownies! I’ve also whipped up an orange and cranberry shortbread recipe which will keep any visitors happy whilst popping in for last minute cups of tea. What do you like to bake at Christmas?

Male Gift Guide…

Men can be a real pain to buy for sometimes! They don’t like “stuff” and things need to be practical. I do believe that every man enjoys Christmas presents though and finding something to suit is sometimes easier than you think! I’ve got a few suggestions of what I think will go nicely in this male gift guide haul and hopefully this will keep you earning brownie points!

Festive Ice Skating

I don’t know about you but I get really excited about the ice skating opportunities around Christmas. If I was sportier, ice skating would be my number one choice of exercise as it’s fun, elegant and actually burns lots of calories! I love going to the pop up rinks around Christmas time and although I am not the best skater I really enjoy going! I used to own roller blades when I was little and so I think my inner child loves to skate.
